Doug Gilbert
HOA#1 Board President
Doug has served the Castle Pines community over the years in many roles. In addition to being HOA#1 president he has been a city council member and community leader, charter commission member, and led many community efforts. His in-depth knowledge of the law and community serves the HOA.
He works and travels extensively on an international basis and is always happy to return home to the peaceful and wonderful settings of Castle Pines
Scott Ellison
HOA#1 Board Treasurer
Scott’s experience and leadership has served HOA#1 for many years. He has in-depth financial and operational understanding of HOA community services based on years of working in community association management.
Ken Bassett
HOA#1 Board Vice President and ARC Chairman
Ken has dedicated 20 years to the CPN HOA#1 community. He is in charge of the HOA#1 ARC committee. His service has included numerous contributions to maintaining and improving HOA#1 infrastructure.
Duane Lenz
HOA#1 Board Member Secretary
Duane has a long history of service to HOA#1. He has served on the board several times and brings decades of business experience to the table.
Larry Girard
HOA#1 Board Member
My wife Joan and I moved into our new home in Castle Pines in December 1996 and have lived here ever since. We have two grown children and 4 grand children. I obtained my Real Estate license in 1989 and have enjoyed a career that includes sales, management, training, and coaching.
I am keenly aware of the HOA’s role in helping to maintain and grow property values within it’s influence. I have served in numerous HOA boards including in Denver, Aurora, Maui, Castle Rock, and Centennial in support of our investment properties. In those boards I have served in all various positions from President through director at large.
I currently serve on the board here in Castle Pines. I am generally a fiscal conservative in that I believe in maintaining a strong HOA with the resources to maintain and improve the community in which I live. I take this responsibility seriously, but also believe in a mixture of fun while accomplishing the goals and tasks of the board.
Cheryl Davies
HOA#1 Board Member
Cheryl has been a proud member of the Castle Pines community for almost 30 years and brings a wealth of experience from her years in commercial and residential real estate. As a licensed real estate broker and REALTOR®, Cheryl has worked closely with homeowners, buyers, sellers and local organizations to support strong relationships and thriving neighborhoods. Her strong knowledge of the housing market and long-standing commitment to the community make her a valuable addition to the CPN HOA1 Board.
